I understand that this box is an original found in a factory. It would be a wonderful addition to any country kitchen display. The box is printed in blue and white and measures 7 inches tall and 2 inches wide. It is clean and in excellent condition.

Old Glass Barbasol Shaving Soap Jar
This fun old glass shaving soap jar turned up in an estate sale near here. It is embossed glass with a painted metal screw on top. It stands 2 3/4 inches tall and 2 7/8ths inches wide. The jar is perfect. The lid has some paint wear on the outside and some rust on the inside.

1955 Rawleigh's Good Health Guide
This 1955 almanac from Rawleigh's is a combination household hints, cookbook and advertising brochure. There are 32 pages of color illustrations and yearly weather guide, fishing guide, health tips and recipes. There are some great vintage ads for Rawleigh's products as well. The booklet is in good but slightly used condition with a bit of fraying to one page. The colors are bright and the ads are wonderful examples of vintage advertising.

This handpainted, handlettered plate hails from New Mexico. It is a heavy porcelain measuring 8 inches in diameter. It is in great condition with a string on the back for hanging. I don't see any markings.

This handsome Grizzly bear is a vintage souvenir from Yellowstone Park. He is base metal with a copper paint finish and measures 2 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches long. He is in nice condition and marked JAPAN, on the bottom.

This neat shrink wrapped ad is in mint condition and dates to 1958. It advertises the Ile De France, Liberte' and the Fladre Cruise ships of the French Line. The Ad measures 13 1/4 inches high by 10 1/2 inches wide.

This neat vintage advertising carton is now empty but the graphics are great and it would look terrific on an old dressing table! The box measures 5 1/2 inches tall and 1 5/8ths inches wide. It is in good condition with just light soil and no rips or tears.

BUD'S Vintage Toilet Soap
I admit that I love the old stores with the old store stock. I use these items as display around my own house for a touch of nostalgia. This old bar of bath or toilet soap has the simple name of BUD'S. Not terribly feminine, I fear but kind of fun. It has never been opened and measures 3 3/8ths inches by 2 inches. It was made by Swift and Co, of Minneapolis.
