1933 Book of Rules for 50 Card Games for Children This book was original written in 1933 to set down the rules for card games primarily for children but it does have a section beginners Contract bridge. The paperback is in good clean condition and has the rules for all the favorites (Old Maid, 7 Up, Concentration) and some I never heard of (Yukon, Lazy Boy, Round the Clock). There are 127 pages in the book.

American Girls Molly's Cook Book Written in 1994, this large softcover cookbook showcases the types of foods and the ingredients that one would find in 1944. This book comes from the Pleasant Company and is part of the American Girls Dolls series. The colorful cookbook features looks at the 1940's and tidbits of history. Some of the recipes are toad in hole (egg in toast), frozen fruit cups, and Nut and Raisin bread. These are kid friendly recipes with clear instructions.

Everything about Parakeets Vintage Pet Book This vintage book was just like the one my mother got me with my first parakeet back in the 1960's. It was put out by Hartz Mountain and written by Milton R. North. It has some color pictures and is very clean and in great condition.

Thundercats Story Book - The Invisible Castle This book is circa 1986 and is a store about the super heroes, The Thundercats. I always liked the cartoons about these folks, especially Lion-o! This paperback book was put out by Random House and has 64 pages. It is clean but the cover is creased.

The book is in average but very readable condition. All the pages are there and relatively clean,no mildew but the cover is a bit creased.

Seven Learn and Play Books These sweet books are just the right tool for teaching children. They were put out in 1987 by Montbec of Canada. The titles in the series are, My shoelace book, learning how to tie shoes, Let's Multiply, with a moving number wheel, Tick Tock, My Clock book, telling time, My Road Safety Book, the meanings of road signs, My Measure-it Book, with a ruler, and My Telephone Book, (with a rotary dial phone). These are cute books, in clean condition. They measure 14 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. They are cardboard for tiny hands. The telephone book has a bit of damage to its spriral binding and the shoe needs a new lace but the others are just fine
 

Set of 2, Vintage Masters of the Universe Books These two books date to the 1980's when my daughter was a fan of the series. They are in good condition, clean and hardbacks. The titles are, New Champions of Eternia and Teela's Secret.

1984 Masters of the Universe Coloring Book I am always amazed when toys like coloring books survive. This one has three nicely colored pages and the rest are uncolored. It was put out by Golden Books, originally cost $1.29 and has lots of pages of coloring and activities to do.

Vintage Campfire Girl Manual This vintage manual from Camp Fire Girls Organization isn't dated, but it predates zipcodes. It isn't complete as it is missing the first 76 pages of a 250 page manual. But it is a nice reference for vintage costumes, rituals and badges.
