Museum of Early American Tools This wonderful book was written by Eric Sloane and published by Funk and Wagnalls. If you like tools, this compendium of early colonial time tools holds a wealth of knowledge. There are lots of drawings and great passages about the use of each tool. Though not my thing, I found this book incredibly interesting.  

The Verse by the Side of the Road - Rowsome Jr If you remember the Burma Shave signs on the roads of our youth, then this hardback book is for you. Originally written in 1965 with this being the 1982 reprint. The book contains all of the 600 sayings by Burma Shave that were placed on USA roadways.
