1921 Issue The Etude Presser's Musical Magazine
I love music but am not a participant, only a listener. I was helping a friend clean out her mother's garage and we found a box of old music and music magazines in very nice condition for their age. This issue of The Etude from January 1921 was among the books. This is clean, with no water stains and contains several scores of music along with stories about musicians.

1892 Standard Graded Course of Studies Music Book
This old old sheet music book was one of a number of old piano books that I found in a friend's home. We were cleaning out the garage and there was a box of old sheet music and books in relatively good condition. This one is a 26 page of Standard Grade 3 music studies. The cover is loose but the music is clean with no water stains or mold or mildew.
