Cookery Today
This old hardback cookbook isn't dated, but I would put it in the 1920-30 range. It is a hardback version of traditional techniques and recipes in 150 pages. If you like to try your hand at old fashioned cooking, this is a great book to do it. The binding is loose on this old guy but it is still hanging together.

This large paperback cookbook is a reprint of one issued in 1947. It is a wonderful rendition of quality foods that are tasty and relatively easily made homespun recipes. 1940's Mrs. Knox Sugar-Less Desserts and Salads
During the war, sugar was rationed and recipes for substitutions were plentiful. These are actually pretty tasty. I tried the Banana Whip Cream and my family loved it. There are some great salads too. The Tomato Salad Ring is a perfect compliment to a light summer meal.
