1965 Favorite Recipes of California Meats
I honestly don't know why California meats should be different than anyone elses.. but I do like the 600 recipes in this book. These recipes were submitted by the club leaders in California and they cover the gamut of Meat, Seafood, Poulty and Casseroles. Many sound quite intriguing. Some just sound odd but this 124 page softcover cookbook is a good read and you are bound to get a few good recipes.
