Working 17 Jewel Necklace Watch Though these wonderful watches have gone out of fashion, they are a wonderful addition to any wardrobe. By and large wristwatches don't add a lot to any costume. On the other hand, this beauty does! It is antiqued silvertone metal with black glass cabochon accents. The length of the chain around the neckline measures 23 inches. The pendant hangs down 8 inches. This watch seems to keep good time and is a 17 jewel model. I don't see any other markings.
