I have several of these big old bowls in my home and I use them for a myriad of things. This is a sweet bowl measuring 2 3/4 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches wide. It is white procelain with pink, yellow, and cranberry transfer roses in the bottom. There is an accent of yellow luster on the edges. The bowl has seen some use and there is wear on the transfer. I don't see any crazing, but there is one small 1/4 inch chip on the edge where the bowl has tiny peaks and valleys. The bottom is marked, ORTA, GERMANY. |
